San Francisco-based Bitcoin mining firm Layer1 Applied sciences has been hit with a lawsuit by its personal CEO John Harney and funding agency, DGF Investments. 

The criticism accuses Layer1’s founder Jakov Dolic and board member Tobias Ebel of exploiting an alleged state of company paralysis on the Swiss non-public fairness agency Enigma Holding (Layer1’s dad or mum firm) to grab management of the mining firm and loot it for private acquire.
